Mozilla doesn't send emails. If an individual user said he would do that, then that's between you and him, but it wouldn't be official.

What do you mean by the "red button"? Do you mean the orange oblong Firefox button visible in the bottom half of the screenshot?

If so, then right click a blank part of the Tab Bar and click "Menu Bar" in the menu at the top to disable it.
