i cannot uninstall mozilla ,mozilla says it cant uninstall it untill i close it, i dont show it running
1or2 months ago i updated mozilla to version4.i had problems with it. i uninstalled ver4 and installed ver3.6 work well untill 3-4 days ago.i tried to uninstall it and reintall it they said they couldnt uninstall it because it wasnt closed down .i see no evidence of it being open

Firefox usually is not running immediately after you restart Windows. That can indicate a malware infection. See Firefox exe is always running | Troubleshooting | Firefox Help.
Before taking any further action, I recommend backing up your Firefox settings in case you end up ripping out Firefox and all its folders completely (e.g., with a third party uninstaller). See Backing up your information. (E.g., copy your entire Firefox profile folder to a safe place somewhere outside of the Mozilla folder.)
