hotmail will not load, the rest in favorites do
hotmail stopped loading, could not open or send anything even on your help site. I uninstalled Firefox and re-installed. Having exact same problem. The menu bar is up, but the page is blank. Can't type in hotmail and get it to open. All my favorites bars open just fine. Only hotmail does not seem to work. I am using another account to sent this as it won't allow me to send using Firefox. Please help.

When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
1. Clear Firefox's Cache
Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage: "Clear Now"
2. If needed, delete the site's cookies here (while viewing a page on that site)
right-click the page, choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"

If that doesn't help, you might want to try Firefox's Safe Mode to see whether an add-on or setting is causing the problem.
First, I recommend backing up your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong. See Backing up your information. (You can copy your entire Firefox profile folder somewhere outside of the Mozilla folder.)
Next, check out this article on Firefox Safe Mode. Be careful not to "reset" anything permanently if you didn't back up.

actually it didn't, I was unable to open or send anything, I could open in the favorites, but even on the Firefox trouble page I could not submit anything. It suddenly started working when I did a re-sign in again--an oops from Firefox popped up and I restarted from there, and it worked again. For 2 days before the oops message---nothing would work except favorites pages. I tried clear now and deleting cookies, but it would not allow me do any of that...don't know what its problem was, but it seems resolved now. But thank you, I appreciate you taking the time to answer.
