If they are actually being sent from your email account, change your password(s) immediately: you've been hacked. If you're not sure, change them anyway.

If they are not actually being sent from your account, someone may have copied your or a friend's email address book and is using the addresses to send spam"from" one address to another from a completely different system. There is not much you can do about that.

(How can you tell which account was used to send a message? It's difficult because most of an email message can be forged. There are anti-spam sites that can help you investigate what's going on.)
