i have already asked, u replied and sent me email to confirm address, it only takes me to theirs a problem page. what now?

as in question your email only takes me to your their is a problem page. Im so upset as this java issue keeps happening over and over. It will work for awhile when i uninstall and reinstall then same thing wont work. Please help me, thank u
