No way to manage addons--sends me to Mozilla add-ons every time.
Clicking on Firefox gives me no tool menu per directions, and clicking on "manage add-ons) takes me directly to Mozilla, not my own list. Sometimes need to disable NoScript or at least add to my white list, neither of which I can do, nor change options on any of them. Help? This is FF5, but FF4 did the same thing.

The icons (and text) are on the left, but you will have to make you screen very wide to see the text. You can also see the text on the Mozilla supplied icons if you hover the mouse over them.
The first one is the crappy list of suggested extensions. The one you want is the one below that on the green puzzle piece. The plugins list is the blue battery.
You can make the list more readable, particularly on a laptop with the following style.
