I have windows 7, had a power surge that shut down my desktop pc, restored to a prev date, firefox was installed then, now I can't uninstall it. How do I uninstall it now?
Hi I tried firefox as a browser but didn't keep it. Uninstalled it and put explorer 9 back on. Tonight a power surge knocked out my desktop pc totally. When I got it back on, there were start up problems. Start up repair restored to a different date, and it happened to be the date when I installed firefox. I activated explorer 9 again, then tried to uninstall firefox, but the uninstall won't work from the control panel. How do I uninstall firefox now?

If the Control Panel method doesn't work (Uninstalling Firefox | How to | Firefox Help), try the program helper.exe in this folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\uninstall
