I've been sent a zip file as an attachment to an e-mail but can't open it, I can download it but not open it. what should I do next

ZIP files are accessed from Compression softwares. Following is a list of FREE Compression softwares:

Download & Install the software you like, then you can open your zip files.
Check and tell if its working.
