Your system details show you to be running Flash version 10.2 r152 which maybe too old for Pogo.
So the first troubleshooting steps to take will be to update Flash and Quicktime. Download links here:
- http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
- http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/
- http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
If the problem persists, please post again.
N.B. Remove the checkmark from the option to install McAfee Security Scan before you try to download the Flash Player update.
