I have bookmarks without a pin, how to implement an own pin?
Many bookmarks don't deliver an own pin and firefox 5 shows, instead, that paper sheet symbol. Can I replace it by an own symbol as pin (probably within Windows?)

I think that what you are talking about is known as a Favicon.
