The main tab window all of a sudden has minucule letters but if i open another tab no problems?
All of a sudden all the pages i opened had miniscule letters and when i tried to hit a link it opened a new tab which was also miniscule. i opened internet explorer and here i couldn't enter any data it kept opening the open file box. so i closed it and reopened firefox which was the same. i restarted the computer and reopened firefox and the same so i opened a new tab and no problem so i closed the first tab.

You need to RESET the zoom back to NORMAL for the page or site
- Ctrl+0 (zero)

Firefox 3 and above: View > Zoom -> Zoom In / Zoom Out / Reset / Zoom Text Only
Ctrl+0 (hold the control key and press zero) resets zoom to normal size (Zoom RESET).
- Ctrl++ (hold the control key and press the plus key) makes the text larger (Zoom IN).
- Ctrl+- (hold the control key and press the minus key) makes the text smaller. (Zoom OUT)
