Why is Simdesk keeping me from printing copies???

When trying to print I get this msg. Simdesk Printshare.

Simdesk Printshare is not part of Firefox, it must be something you installed on that PC. Have you looked for it in Add & Remove Programs in the Control Panel? Does it appear in Tools > Addons > Extensions, in Firefox?

If you don't use it, uninstall it from where ever you find it.
