This keeps popping out when ever i click something on firefox, but why does it pop out, and what can i do to make it stop?

and this one also pops out but for the App Im Translator

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes). 

   Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
