详细了解

I received this message today when trying to access my library's NetLib account for audiobook downloads: "Sorry, we were not able to authenticate you for access to this resource. Please adjust your Internet Security software to allow referring URLs. "

When this occurred I was using Firefox 6.0.2 before I just updated to 7.o. I just tried it again with 7.0 and the problem persists.I've never had problems before; I use our library system (www.hclib.org) all the time to access the NetLib audiobook download site (based on my library card number). I've searched everything I can think of on the Norton Security Suite Version: 4.3.0.5 software. My ISP is xfinity.comcast.com

I have been monkeying around with addons and extensions, could one of them be causing this? I disables almost all the addons but that didn't make a difference either.

I haven't made any changes to Norton since it was installed (automatic updates).

I have a Toshiba Satellite, running Vista.

Thanks!
