Before I updated, I could attach files to my email. I opened the M/S IE in my Verizon email account and I could attach files.

Try clearing your browser cache.

Tools > Clear Recent History... - hit Details and make sure only Cache is selected, then select Everything and hit the Clear Now button.

I cleared the recent history, but where are 'Tools' to clear the cache, etc.
