How can I stop tabs from going to another window when I accidently move them a little bit?

Sometime when I'm on a web page and I move the mouse it moves the page to a new window, even when I have it pinned as an app tab. I hate this. I want all my tabs in one window. There doesn't seem to be a way to stop this or to get the tab back into the window it started in. Any help?
