I want to import my bookmarks from IE, but when I follow the instructions, "Import from another browser" is not an available option.
I tried clicking on Firefox, then history, the show all history then import and backup, and import from another browser is not an available option. It is greyed out.

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in permanent Private Browsing mode.
To see all History and Cookie settings, choose: Tools > Options > Privacy, choose the setting Firefox will: Use custom settings for history
- Deselect: [ ] "Always use private browsing mode"
