type about:config in your address bar

browser.gesture.pinch.in cmd_fullZoomReduce browser.gesture.pinch.in.shift cmd_fullZoomReset browser.gesture.pinch.out cmd_fullZoomEnlarge browser.gesture.pinch.out.shift cmd_fullZoomReset

change the above values. its not smooth zooming in and out like safari but it gets the job done.

if you want to switch tabs using a twist gesture here you go: browser.gesture.twist.left Browser:PrevTab browser.gesture.twist.right Browser:NextTab
