I can not acess my contact list.
I click on "Mail" drop down and select "Contacts", it indicates it is loading, but does not open. This has occurred since I update to the new Firefox Gmail page format.

Try updating your "Adblock Plus" filter subscriptions
Undesired content is often a bottleneck, if that doesn't work try disabling ADP at its toolbar icon then if that works try to find out which filter. Besides the above link, also see
