My wife updated our Firefox to the Sweet November version on our desktop PC which uses Windows XP. Now, it is unable to access the internet feature so that we can read our e-mails or even to access Yahoo news or the Google pages. I am typing this message on a different desktop PC in our home which uses Windows Professional and I have not updated its Firefox service. Can you e-mail to me your suggestions to fix the problem as we'd be unable to open Firefox and to communicate with you on the other PC?
