详细了解

When cursor is placed on arrow for drop down menu, it will not open up the list. Then, second click, it opens and closes the list so fast you cannot read it.

This is only happening with Firefox, not Windows Explorer. (Please don't make me use Windows Explorer.) When I place my cursor on the arrow to drop down the list of websites I visit frequently. It does nothing. Then when I click again, it opens and closes the list so quickly I cannot read it. This happens on other websites, too. For example, when I have to select from a list of options such as airline destinations, it shows only the top item and I can never select anything below because I can't read it or click it fast enough. It happens with both the mouse and the touchpad. It is ALWAYS doing this now.

If you are referring to the Back/Forward arrows then right-click to see context menu, or hold left-click for a couple of seconds and you will see the list, old stuff on bottom newer entries on top. The Back/Forward button only refers to files opened in the currently tab, so I'm not sure if that what you mean or not.

There is a "Most visited" smart bookmark folder which is really a database inquiry that acts like a folder and I don't have the problem you describe with my bookmarks or anything else that I am aware of.

I appreciate your reply but those arrows were not the ones I was trying to describe. In the same box where you would type your web address on the far right is a small star and then next to it an arrow pointing down. If you click on this arrow, it normally drops down a list of the websites you commonly use. Or, if you are on a website ordering something, there might be a similar arrow that you need to select in order to choose which shipping you might want such as ground, next day air, etc., these are the kinds of arrows that are not working correctly now. Any ideas on these? Thanks for trying to help me.
