Updated to a new version of firefox and now my smartermail email is not working properly.
I cannot return emails in my smartermail email acct. is it possible to remove this latest upgrded version and will this corrct the problem? thanks

if you or your host is currently running SmarterMail v5, it may be an issue for the compatibility for FF5 or above. Refer https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/862720 and see if it's the same issues as yours.
If you run your own SM installation, upgrading to latest will help you to resolve it. Contact us if you need an upgrade of your license key.
