Every time I click on a news video--ad plays then show This video no longer available--but when do the same thing on Explorer--plays as normal

When looking at ATT screen--when click on one of the thumbnail news items--if there is a video associated--when click on the video, ad plays then shows "loading" the screen with "this video no longer available" but when using Explorer or Chrome--plays as normal

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Tried your solution--no change--also noted that one user said that if he just runs in "safe" mode, problem goes away--tried that too--still got the "this video no longer avail-----"
