I have a new computer with Windows 7. Randomly the mouse becomes a zoom and the screen zooms in and out. Firefox remembers setting so if page is too small or large, it is that way next time in opened in the browser. How do I disable this feature, or control when the zoom happens?

Ctrl plus the mouse wheel will change the zoom level.
