If you want some help we'll need some details of your problem and your system. I suggest you start a new thread. One of the monitors may come by with a link to a previous real question.
In the meantime you could update your seriously out-of-date Flash and get rid of your Ask toolbar - advice on Search engine Google or via the "Search Firefox Help" box above.
I searched for a previous question from this user before I answered and didn't find one.
