All my plugins keep crashing after I try to use them. The two main ones I really want working are silverlight and adobe flash player but for some reason Firefox 9.0.1 keeps crashing them. All plugins are updated

All plugins are updated. This has only started happening recently. Plugins seems to launch for a few seconds (no more than 5) and then crash. Chances are that there is more than a problem with just Silverlight and Flash but they are the only two that I really use.
