Missing bookmarks after importing from bookmarks.html

Hello, I had to do a clean install of windows 7 and have made a backup of my bookmarks into bookmars.html. When I try to import my bookmarks some (many) of them are not imported. If I open the html file in firefox I can see the bookmarks in the file but many of them are not imported. Thanks for any help.

Hello again, It seems that after all everything is there but some are in different locations...
