Crash notice, could not fix it, many reports sent to FF, removed FF, cannot download FF.

While trying to troubleshoot my computer, I eliminated Firefox. Now, while using Internet Explorer, I cannot get Firefox to reload from the FF free download site. I keep getting bounced from the download page, to the "try this link " link, and back.
