how do I temporarily disable my norton antivirus to allow SYNC with my mobile?
installshield wizard says i must disable my antivirus software in order to install 3.0.5617 exe [HTC SYNC,MOBILE] and re-enable upon completion,can anyone help please.

We don't know about HTC Sync. They have some install instructions at http://www.htc.com/www/help/install-htc-sync/ and they have a support forum at http://www.htc.com/us/support
