your crash report says that you are using Firefox 11, can you do an upgrade and try to reproduce this crash? maybe fixed already?
The crash reports indicate a problem with Trusteer Rapport (RapportTanzan11.DLL)

You can try to stop Trusteer Rapport if installing the latest version doesn't help.
Start Menu > Programs > Trusteer Rapport > Stop Rapport
