Having been using Firefox for a few years now and never had problems with accessing Hotmail. Fairly recently upgraded to Firefox 12 and initially it worked fine with Hotmail. In the last few days Hotmail has become unuseable. I can log-in as normal, but when faced with the normal view of my Inbox, nothing is useable. I cannot open visible mails when they are clicked on, nor can I access other mail folders, including custom ones. In effect, the page is 'frozen' - page buttons ''appear'' to respond when you click on them, but the view remains the same, and nothing can be accessed. If I attempt to compose a new mail only the 'To:' and 'Subject:' fields will accept inputs, the message input area will not. I have disabled all add-ons, but it changes nothing. I have also attempted to refresh ZoneAlarm's settings for Firefox, and still no change. I have accessed Hotmail using IE8 (I despise IE but I have to have it on the laptop to get Windows updates - MS will not allow updating using Firefox) which is installed on the same laptop ....... and my Hotmail then all works normally!!!!!! The problem must lie with Firefox 12 ....... surely?
