V13 and 14 on desktop using W7 64bit

This does not happen all the time - at least three times a day.

Does it appear to happen on pages that use Flash media? If so, check out the suggestions in this thread: HTML5 or Flash do not display correct after scrolling. Do those 5 changes make any difference?

Thanks will test over the next day or so to see if it makes a difference.
