It crashes mostly when I use sites that require flash. I have updated my drivers and plugins. Nothing seems to fix it. How exactly should I go about fixing this?

Check out the suggestions in this thread: HTML5 or Flash do not display correct after scrolling. Do those 5 changes make any difference?

You can check for problems caused by a recent Flash 11.3 update and possibly downgrade to Flash 11.2 or 10.3.

I unchecked those boxes but the problem persisted, so then I attempted to remove the protection as it said, but I was denied access for whatever reason. I then downgraded the flash, yet the problem persists. Should I downgrade my Firefox? It all started when I downloaded the newest upgrade.

Sorry for the delay.

Could you try the new Reset feature? This duplicates certain key data from your active settings folder into a new one, bypassing some add-ons and custom settings. Your plugins will still be active, but could be disabled manually if you like.

More information in this article: Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings.

If the new settings folder has the same problem, you can switch back if you like using Firefox's Profile Manager.

Does it make any difference?

Unfortunately no, it is still crashes very often. I want to thank both of you for trying to help. I had no problems with Firefox until I updated to the new version.
