Fatal crash the application.
I can not say what the case may be when you click the mouse or try to open another window, but it hangs. The application itself does not come out of it, the process is not deleted when you restart it hangs when you exit the session with an error 41 Kernel-Power. That's what gives the error on Windows 1002 Firefox: "The program firefox.exe version 17.0.1.4715 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.

Tried to open a new window from the toolbar, but the program hangs in the task list, the window does not open. And then there is no possibility of a third-party application, such as Word.

So you are experiencing a problem with Flash 11.5. Try to do the following:
Update your plugins. https://www.mozilla.org/plugincheck/
If that fails, try following the steps at Adobe Flash plugin has crashed - Prevent it from happening again
Yes. Validation plugin crashes. Return to 10.3 did not change the situation. Maybe it was again Flash Player update to the latest version?
You can check for problems caused by recent Flash updates and try these:
- disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer if installed
- disable protected mode in Flash 11.3 and later
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
The problem was the antivirus application DRweb v.8.0. The transition to the new version of crude and led to fatal errors. Return to version 7 removed all problems.
