I find it easier to read webpages with the firefox window narrowed (i.e. less words per line). I also often need to zoom the text on web pages to make it readable. However some sites won't wrap text when I do this, and some will wrap but still cut off some words. Can I set firefox to force wrapping, and make it work regardless of the font size?

If a website uses absolute values for the width property of containers then you can't force word wrap with zooming or an increased font-size.
You would need to create overriding CSS rules in Stylish to make this work or use the build-in Inspector.
Only if you visit such a website frequently (daily) then it is worth the effort to see if you can make this work.

Current Firefox versions have a lot of web developer tools build-in.

Thanks iamjayakumars, ...but from my reading of the description on add-on site, it still doesn't seem to overcome the problem of text going off the screen, It mentions a horizontal scroll bar appearing once the zoom reaches a certain level.

Thanks cor-el, This answer MAY be beyond my current technical ability, but I will have a look at your links and see if I can get my head around it.

Maybe try to ask advice at the Stylish forum: *http://forum.userstyles.org
