Despite Firefox help guide, how do I delete history?

I only have a topics home page with a toolbar that only has a plus icon on it that takes me to an address & search page with three menus: Topsites, Bookmarks, & History. i have been able to access the Firefox help support but still csnnot access history options even though I'm able to access the upper left arrow and the 3 horizontal bars on the upper right toolbar of help support. Porno has attacked me sites and I'm nee at this (Mobile device - LG. Optimus showtime with Straighttalk)??!! BLUCAGEY THANKS!!

Can you find this:

menu > More > Settings > Clear private data or
menu > Settings > Clear private data

That should open a dialog with various categories of private data to clear.

When I watched the video in the following article, the menus looked different. Not sure which is more up-to-date, the text or the video.

Is this what Im suppose to respond with for a continuing work on my delete history problem? I added aFirefox app use on mobile as a new question before I noticed this reply stuff area for feer56. BLUECAGEY

Okay, I see your other post here: BLUECAGEY -How to clear history while keeping bookmarks on LG OPTIMUS SHOWTIME mobile. So is the bottom line that you solved it and we can close both threads, or is there still an open question?
