PLEASE help me to download Abode REader. I have a Mac leopard and have tried all day to do it with Safari and firefox. my e-mail address is (removed by mod)
I wanted to print out a label for the USPS mailing service and apparently Adobe Reader is required. I've printed out the label many times before without going this route, but USPS says it is now required. In trying to download Adobe Reader when I click on the download, it just won't take. what's going on. also, don't you have a phone number whereby customers can call you? most of the questions don't answer the questions.

Mozilla (like most developers of free software) doesn't provide phone support. This is our support channel.
Have you tried reading Use Adobe Reader to view PDF files in Firefox and the steps listed there?
