From a web search it appears Eusing is a registry cleaner. Contact their support site if you have problems with their software. Support of third party software is not a subject within the scope of this forum. I will nevertheless make a few comments.
- Take care with any registry cleaner they are sometimes implicated in causing problems not just fixing them
- Eusing appears to be free software, always take care with free software
- Try to get the genuine article, and look for reviews of the site and software when considering
- Beware of any extras bundled with free software, some of which may be adware or verging on malware.
It may be unwise to uninstall IE I suggest re-installing it. For some things IE is essential or almost so. You may have difficulty updating Windows without IE. IE is closely related to Windows Explorer use for file management. I certainly hope if you do decide to leave IE installed you have taken reliable specialist advice.
