By the way, I had to create a new mozilla support account, as my previous one would not accept the password. I followed the instructions to be sent a password-reset link, but did not receive the link. Tried again with a different email address and still didn't receive the link. Had to create a new account, with a new email address, before I could ask this question. Tricky.
