'''Firefox Sync''' - if you want to continue using both Windows and Mac versions of Firefox then you can use Firefox Sync to keep your bookmarks and other settings synchronised between the devices. '''Export as html and import''' - if you want to move permanently from Windows to Mac then I think the cleanest thing would be to export the bookmarks from Windows to HTML.
