You can also open the Mozilla FTP server in Windows Explorer and download the Firefox set up file that way.

hello kwwyatt, you can download the full offline installer package from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ on your other system, transfer it trhough your memory stick and install it on the affected system.
