At first I thought ok I must be able to get a list of all my devices that firefox is syncing to... that turned out to be wrong!

Now I'm thinking there must be a way to deactivate my sync account AND ensure that all the devices that are syncing data get their bookmarks/passwords removed as well?

How can you remove Sync from Firefox 26. It's useless and doesn't work anyway and just adds a bunch of entries in about:config. Is there a way to uninstall it? I tried the "Help" button on the sync tab but it says I "must have the current version" (I AM ON the current version) in order to use it. I basically don't WANT to use it and want the tab removed, and all the entries deleted. Xubuntu 12.04 Firefox 26 for Ubuntu canonical 1.0
