Can't add a gadget on Blogger
Works fine in Chrome, but in FF, the popup won't work. Tried disabling the popup blocker. Still doesn't work. Please help, because I hate Chrome, and don't want to have to use it to build my blogger blogs.

You have a lot of addons that could messup webpages (such as Adblock Plus).
You should try safe mode and see if it works there.

If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one. Please follow the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article for that.
When you restart Firefox you will no longer be in safe mode. You will have to hold shift to enter safe mode again.
I tried disabling ABP and the built-in FF popup blocker, to no avail. I'll try safe mode and see what happens. I was having trouble with the Stumbleupon add-on, so I removed it. The newest update doesn't seem to work in Windows 8.
Hmmm....somehow it has righted itself without me doing anything. Probably just a Blogger glitch. Thanks!
