Remote web workplace requires ActiveX controls. Browser security setting may be preventing you from downloading activex controls. Adjust these settings and try again. Where to I find these settings. I cannot locate them in firefox.

Firefox doesn't do ActiveX, proprietary Microsoft thing that is avoided by everyone else due to it being no very secure.
