Afterre-installing Windows XP and Firefox 30, can't print on Firefox

I used MozBackup to set my last saved Firefox configuration. This printed and saved site pages on my previous Windows setup.

Now I am unable to Print or Save as... any page or document opened in Firefox 30. I have tried the solutions form your forum to no success. I have also tried using earlier saved configurations (including a Firefox 29 set) with out a resolution.

No error message of dialog is shown for this, only an occasional 'Beep' sound on asking and failure.

I am using Seamonkey 2.25 for this query, so i can save the page as PDF file. I use the web for form completion etc quite regularly, so ability to print and save is important.

Please can you suggest a fix for this.

Did you clear all the printer-related preferences as described in this support article: Fix printing problems in Firefox?
