Oliverto.com or Bing has really messed up my computer - no matter what I try I cannot remove it - This was downloaded when I updated Firefox yesterday. I am really upset when I trusted Firefox, who then install things like Bing and Oliverto which I cannot remove.

It sounds like you may have malware infecting your Firefox.

Please follow the steps at Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings, and then update to the latest Firefox 38.0.1, Update Firefox to the latest release

Sorry but Firefox for Windows, Mac OSX and Linux from mozilla.org is never bundled with junk.

I agree that there may be something on your computer that is doing the installing into Firefox, especially since you have Windows.

The only thing Bing related that Firefox comes with is it is one of the search engines in the Search Bar.
