My e-mail account has a padlock over the envelope and when I try to get new messages it will not let me. How do I sort this?
The account on Thunderbird for my e-mail address will not let me update my in box. When I go to 'New Messages' there is a padlock over the envelope and I do not get any new messages. How do I sort this to allow mw to be able to receive my massages?
