Can I sync all open tabs automatically across devices?

I use a desktop computer and a laptop both quite regularly, but never at the same time.

What I want is to be able to:

1. Have a bunch of tabs open on my desktop, arranged in different tab groups.

2. Ah crap, I need to leave for uni. Close Firefox, hiberate desktop.

3. Arrive at uni, turn on my laptop, open Firefox...

4. Awesome - it's all my tabs arranged in different tab groups exactly as it was on my desktop!

5. I do some stuff on the laptop, close some tabs, open some new ones... Oh, now it's time to head home.

6. Arrive back home, bring up Firefox on the desktop, and it's exactly where I left off on my laptop.

I know that I can access currently open tabs on other devices at about:sync-tabs. However, this experience isn't quite so fluid as what I'm describing. I'd have to go to the about:sync-tabs page, double click every single tab to open it locally, and rearrange it into the right tab groups in the right order. And I'd have to do this every time I switched computers. Currently it's not worth the effort for me. :(

Is there an add-on or something that does this? Or is this a feature that you are (hopefully) planning on implementing in the future?

Cheers, Caz

Perhaps, please also report this in input.mozilla.org and create a bug in bugzilla.mozilla.org with a proposal about syncing tabbed groups ;-)

Currently it was deemed at wontfix https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=589336
