Which Abobe program's I need for the new Firefox? Adobe Flash Player, Adobe Shockwave and Adobe Air?

Your system details show that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player, which is : 28.0.0.126.
It presents itself as 'Shockwave Flash 28.0 r0' in Options => Add-ons => Plugins.
Adobe Flash Player is installed on your system and will automatically be updated in Add-ons => Plugins.
You don't need Adobe Air.
