Hi. Today (1/26), I was getting help resetting my State of Washington Department of Revenue (DOR) account password from the DOR website. They sent an automated reply to my Yahoo email account. It didn't come through on Firefox, but did on my MS Edge browser. First time this has happened to me.

Anyone have any thoughts about what might be going on and how to fix it? I prefer to use Firefox.

I've done the delete cookies and clear the cache thing already.

Thanks, Mark

Hi Mark, your online mailbox appear should show identical contents and status (read vs. unread) in all browsers. Do you notice any differences in the address in the two address bars?

I don't think a regular ad blocker would block a legit message, but if you have one specific to Yahoo mail, you could try disabling it just in case.

Thanks jscher2000. I don't have an ad blocker specific to Yahoo. The addresses were different. Things are working now but I'm not sure why. Quien sabe', Kemosabe. Thanks again.
